Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

• Contiguous United States: Free standard shipping is available for orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
• Hawaii & Alaska: A flat shipping fee of $25 applies to all orders. These regions are excluded from the free shipping offer.

Order Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is completed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
• Force Majeure: Please note that shipping may experience uncontrollable delays due to events such as tsunamis, wars, state actions, customs inspections, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Please allow 10–15 business days for delivery to remote areas, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Pre-Order Instructions

• Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as the stock becomes available.
• Deposits: Customers who placed a deposit during the pre-order period will receive an email notification to complete the remaining balance before shipping.

Shipping Regions

We currently only offer shipping services within the Contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Please note that we do not ship to the U.S. Territories (including Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

What to Expect After Placing an Order

• Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order.
• Tracking Information: Once the warehouse has fulfilled your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please visit the official carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment.
